Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Crew Leader which is responsible for running the meal period in the absence of the dining room manager or assistant, you will be cross-trained in all front-of-house operations. This Full-time position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and no late nights, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Crew Leader:

Organizes, directs and supervises all functions in the main dining room, Café and employee cafeteria. Monitors server performance and resident satisfaction during serving periods in all areas of responsibility. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service. Got what it takes to shine in this role? Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of three (3) years of serving experience required. Familiarity with serving alcoholic beverages and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to provide clear, detailed instructions to employees regarding assigned tasks and the proper procedures for completing them. Ability to interpret and explain menus, answer questions, coordinate the meal service process, and accurately understand and respond to customer requests.
