What you'll do Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring prompt service. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, showcasing your upselling skills to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation protocols. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit. Process payments accurately through cashiering duties while maintaining cash handling procedures. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling techniques and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Basic qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with Toast POS. Culinary experience or knowledge of fine dining practices enhances your ability to provide excellent service.
