Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted. Serve food, beverages, and alcoholic beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale and process payments accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, utilizing translator apps if necessary for effective communication. Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of service.
