As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a pleasant atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards. including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide excellent guest services by responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently. Experience Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. We're also seeking someone with barista experience but we're willing to train
