Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating arrangements to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service expertise Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service skills, addressing concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS and open table Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings preferred Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and energetic demeanor Join our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that keep guests coming back!
