Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit cards, and operate cash registers or POS systems
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service/hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of brewing, retail math, and food industry practices is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and making change
• Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
