Summary We are seeking a part time staff member to join our team at Phillips Cider Bar & Pizzeria. The newest of the Phillips offering. In this role, you will help with the operation of our Cider Bar & Pizzeria, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers while managing our selection of hard ciders and food offerings. We offer sit down dining as well as take away. Responsibilities Manage closing operations of the bar & restaurant area including staff supervision. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are met. Oversee inventory management for hard ciders and bar supplies. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Knowledge of beverage service, particularly in craft ciders or beers. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Ability to manage inventory.
