Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waitstaff to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for guests, providing excellent service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with their needs to create a memorable dining experience. Your professionalism and attention to detail will contribute to a positive environment. Responsibilities:
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle payments efficiently. Coordinate with kitchen staff and management during busy periods to ensure smooth service. Follow proper serving etiquette and uphold high hospitality standards. Assist in opening, closing, and cleaning procedures with attention to detail. Provide attentive service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred, as well as experience making and serving alcoholic beverages. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods. Understanding of food safety protocols related to food service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event shifts. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Pay:
From $5.50 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
