Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service Present menus, answer questions, and make food & beverage recommendations Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications:

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Weekend and holiday availability preferred
