Server Overview:

We believe great hospitality begins long before a guest sits down at the table—it begins with how we treat the people who work beside us every day. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Server who genuinely loves hospitality and understands that the smallest details can create the most memorable experiences. Create memorable dining experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. Guide guests through our food, wine, cocktail, and beverage selections with confidence and enthusiasm. Use your knowledge of wine and spirits to make thoughtful recommendations and pairings. Learn our menu inside and out so you can comfortably answer questions and help guests discover something they'll love. Work alongside our kitchen, bar, support staff, and fellow servers because great hospitality is always a team effort. Pay attention to the little things—the empty glass, the finished plate, the guest celebrating something special—because those details matter. Handle concerns with patience, kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make things right. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment. Support your teammates and contribute to a workplace built on respect, communication, accountability, and teamwork. Who We're Looking For We would love someone with previous upscale or fine-dining experience and a strong understanding of wine, spirits, and cocktails. But just as important as experience is who you are when you walk through the door. We're looking for someone who is kind, dependable, motivated, professional, and willing to be part of something bigger than their individual section. Someone who can thrive during a busy Saturday night, jump in when a teammate needs help, and still make the guest in front of them feel like they're the most important person in the room. You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating clearly, paying attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining genuine hospitality. Why Choose Us?
