Waitstaff

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Present menus, provide detailed information on specials, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
