What You'll Do As a Server at NICO & VALI, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely service. Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our offerings. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared to perfection. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tables and dining areas. Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions. Creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should bring: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. A passion for delivering outstanding service and attention to detail.
