Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise input Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for smooth service flow Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and transactions accurately Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is highly desirable Must demonstrate hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality where energy meets excellence!
