The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of food service operations. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position is part time. Days and hours of operation is Monday - Sunday 11am to 8pm. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take food orders accurately using Toast POS. Process payments efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables. Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain service speed without compromising quality. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
