Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and dining spaces Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Qualifications Proven experience in food service roles such as server, bartender, or host/hostess within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits, wine selection, and drink presentation Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately Culinary experience or food industry background preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
