system , ensuring all guest requests are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or special requests. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions securely. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant or fine dining settings is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
