Duties (Servers) Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as TOAST, Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as keeping the areas well-stocked. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy hours to coordinate service flow during events like banquets or nightlife gatherings. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables seamlessly. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat visits. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightlife venues. Familiarity with TOAST or similar POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Experience working with craft beers, wine knowledge, and craft cocktails is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills. Experience in catering/banquet/cocktail settings is advantageous for occasional event-based service roles. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food industry knowledge are essential. TIPS certification is required by law, and anyone already certified is a bonus.
