Overview We're looking for outgoing, energetic team members who thrive in a fast-paced, social environment. As a Server, you'll be at the center of the action—serving food and drinks, managing bowling lane groups, and helping create memorable experiences for everything from casual walk-ins to large private parties. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Provide detailed menu descriptions and discuss daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using POS systems Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures throughout service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support team members in creating a fast paced environment helping other servers to encourage guest to have repeat visits Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality preferred but willing to teach Familiarity with POS systems for food/beverage services Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the team and guests alike Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
