Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Spot On. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and food safety procedures, to assist guests with selections and dietary restrictions. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with guest relations by providing exceptional service that fosters repeat visits and positive reviews. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not necessary. Strong customer service skills. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order processing. Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry is not necessary but a plus.
