Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service periods to support smooth dining operations. Support food preparation tasks such as ingredient handling and basic assembly under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to ensure a hygienic workspace. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing serving ware and assisting with food staging when needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant or hotel operations, contributing to a positive team environment. Skills Strong attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of food service operations, including bussing, food handling, and kitchen safety protocols. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Familiarity with culinary or banquet experience is a plus for those interested in developing broader hospitality expertise.
