The Buffet Server at Lillie Mae's Southern Buffet & Bar provides friendly, efficient service while preparing guests' meals directly from our Southern buffet line. Guests select the items they would like, and the Buffet Server portions and assembles each meal in front of the guest. This position requires excellent customer service, proper portion control, knowledge of menu items, cleanliness, speed, and attention to presentation. This is primarily a counter/buffet-line service position rather than traditional table service. Table service may occasionally be required when a guest orders an item that must be prepared separately by the kitchen.
