Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing excellent guest relations from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely and correct delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Culinary experience or kitchen background that supports understanding of food preparation and handling processes Proven skills in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and cash handling enhances your ability to deliver seamless guest experiences Join us if you're passionate about food industry excellence!
