In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines including portion control. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and the organization of the kitchen/ food storage areas. Accommodate special dietary needs. Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering product/supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal service. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail in presentation. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Portion management Ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of homecooked meals
