Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and become a vital part of creating memorable events for our guests! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your energy and hospitality will help ensure every event runs smoothly, leaving guests delighted and eager to return. Whether assisting with buffet setup, serving at elegant dinners, or clearing tables efficiently, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that elevates every occasion. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining proper presentation standards Set up banquet tables with linens, utensils, glassware, and centerpieces to create an inviting dining environment Clear tables efficiently during and after events while ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the service Provide attentive guest relations by responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance Maintain food safety and handling standards in accordance with health regulations during service Assist with catering setup and breakdown, supporting the overall flow of event operations Bussing tables as needed to keep the dining area tidy and ready for new guests or courses Support beverage service including pouring drinks, refilling stations, and clearing bar areas when required Experience Previous food service experience in a banquet, catering, or fine dining setting is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards is a plus Strong guest service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience managing meal service smoothly during busy events Familiarity with food industry standards related to hospitality, food safety, and food preparation is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional experiences through energetic service!
