Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Take accurate orders from guests using in-person communication and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper presentation and food safety standards are maintained Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards Assist with beverage preparation including basic barista skills or beverage service as needed Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks and dishwashing to keep the workspace organized and efficient Handle guest inquiries courteously over the phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations Experience Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred; experience in restaurant or hospitality settings highly valued Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and dishwashing procedures Experience with order taking, serving, and cash handling using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Knowledge of beverage preparation, catering, banquet service, or delivery driver experience is a plus Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Ability to perform basic math for transactions and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience working in diverse settings such as hotels or catering environments is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality.
