  • Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend pairings, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the Toast POS platform.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper protocols. Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant server experience.
  • Experience with handheld ordering devices.
  • Experience with Toast POS. Preferred Qualifications
  • Full-service dining experience.
  • High-volume restaurant experience.

Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend pairings, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed Skills Proven experience as a server in fine dining or upscale food service environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Culinary experience or background in the food industry to better understand menu items and food presentation Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in nightclubs or high-energy hospitality settings is a plus Basic math skills for accurate check splitting, cash handling, and billing procedures Previous experience in restaurant serving roles including host/hostess duties or bussing is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day!
