Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Carryout team member to join our vibrant restaurant environment. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and efficient food delivery. Whether taking orders at the table or managing carryout orders for takeout and delivery, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your hospitality skills and food industry knowledge will shine, contributing to a lively dining atmosphere and seamless food service operations. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness Handle carryout orders efficiently, preparing them for pickup or delivery with precision and care Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and during food preparation Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly to ensure readiness for incoming guests Manage cash handling and cashier responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest rapport Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are required Join us to be part of a lively team where your hospitality talents will thrive!
