Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your multitasking skills and culinary knowledge will help deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing transactions. Whether you're serving up delicious food and drinks or handling cash with precision, this position offers a vibrant environment to showcase your hospitality talents and grow within the food industry. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use openTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly Knowledge of ,spirits, cocktail creation, and beverage service techniques Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a team that values energetic service and culinary excellence!
