Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Waitstaff/Hostess, where your enthusiasm and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and courtesy Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from the moment they arrive Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times effectively using phone etiquette and clear communication skills Assist servers by delivering menus, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Handle guest inquiries with friendliness and professionalism, providing accurate information about menu items and restaurant policies Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing reservations and payments when necessary Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for both guests and staff Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, is advantageous Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently Familiarity with food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure a safe dining environment Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude Experience in guest relations, serving, or hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're eager to bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every guest interaction.
