Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Bar Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, food handling, and the food industry is highly valued. Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and serve beverage orders accurately, maintaining high standards of service. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, including serving appetizers or snacks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections and menu items. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery during busy periods or events such as banquets and catering functions. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns professionally to ensure an excellent experience. Support the team during special events, ensuring smooth service during catering or banquet functions. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with serving beverages, food preparation, or catering is advantageous. Barista experience or dietary aide background can be beneficial but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry.
