Position Overview:

The Dining Room Wait Staff/Server is responsible for serving residents' and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Assures that beverages, soups and busing are completed according to proper procedures and resident's dietary needs are met based on requests and diet restrictions.

Essential Duties:

Wait Staff/Server Serving of entrees and desserts, clearing of resident plates and waste items throughout the meal, and the proper sanitation procedures followed during clean up. Ensures residents/guests have an enjoyable meal. Ensures the assigned job is carried out in a professional, friendly manner. Communicates appropriately with supervisors, dining room staff and guests; listens effectively. Ensures proper production and presentation of all food items and provides maximum appeal and freshness. Maintains kitchen sanitation and equipment cleaning schedule. Is able to maintain a clean professional appearance, appropriate for working with the general public. Seeks to exceed resident expectations by engaging them in conversation if appropriate and anticipating their needs. Flexibility and dependability are essential. Shifts are flexible and can include days, afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends. This position is paid wages . Tips are not accepted. Wait Staff/Server -
