Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and explain daily specials with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper processing of sales and tips Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly as a server or host/hostess in a restaurant setting Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations with professionalism Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service preferred Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Familiarity with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
