Do you speak English and Spanish fluently? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our bilingual server position! We are looking for a friendly, energetic, bilingual part time server who has a great work ethic, and communication skills, to join our team at Lindo Mexico Restaurante Mexicano. You will be responsible for taking and delivering orders, answering questions about our menu and specials, and providing excellent customer service to our diverse guests. You will also need to comply with all food safety and hygiene standards and keep your work area clean and organized. To be a successful bilingual server, you should have previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting, and be fluent in English and Spanish. You should also have a good knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages, as well as a positive attitude, team oriented, and a customer-oriented approach. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities :

Provide prompt and outstanding customer service to all our guests. Maintain professionalism and respect towards customers and colleagues. Inform guests about daily specials. Support the host in managing tables efficiently. Serve food to guests as needed. Ensure tables are prepared for upcoming reservations. Manage your section efficiently. Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system. Efficiently collect guest payments. Verify guests' identification to verify age requirements related to alcohol consumption. Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items and drinks. Sanitize and clean tables after guests have finished dining. Prepare drinks for customers according to our recipes. Perform opening, shift-related, and closing duties. Adhere to company policies on sanitation, safety, and alcohol service procedures.
