As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean and sanitized environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while checking on their satisfaction throughout the meal. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to guest specifications and dietary restrictions. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or large parties as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards within the kitchen and dining areas. Requirements Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of culinary practices and food presentation techniques is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
