Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their meal Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually when necessary Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Assist guests with menu selections, offering recommendations when appropriate Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas before, during, and after service Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to inform guests effectively Requirements Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes comfortably Join us if you are passionate about providing outstanding service in a welcoming setting.
