Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize the dining flow Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables during peak hours seamlessly Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation and handling processes Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; a background in hospitality or the food industry is highly valued Join us to be part of an energetic team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit exceptional!
