Fair Hills Resort Summer Jobs It takes a big crew to run the resort and create the magical Fair Hills experience for our guests. Our summer jobs offer the opportunity to work hard while having fun and meeting people from around the world! Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Applicant Requirements Flexibility is required

• willingness to jump in and help other departments at the resort as necessary is an expectation. Weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is required. Morning & Evening availability
• weekly schedules are subject to change A strong work ethic is required. We are busy and work hard all summer! Availability to work June, July & August Wages & Benefits 20-40 hours per week Pay starts at $11.50 per hour Eligible for up to a $2.00 per hour additional bonus On-Site Housing available
• $100 per week (must be 1 year post high school graduation to be eligible for housing) Meals are offered to those who live on-site, complimentary at least twice daily Access to Fair Hills & Wildflower Amenities; golf, boats, activities, swimming, etc.

Staff Activities; Hootenanny, Staff Talent Show, Guest vs. Staff Sports, etc. Waitrons (Servers) At Fair Hills Resort, we believe a family sharing a great meal together is one of the most important ingredients in a happy vacation. For 100 years, our dining room has been the heart of the resort, where stories are told, traditions are honored, and generations gather around the same tables summer after summer. Our dining room team serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily to resort guests. During our family season (mid-June through August), waitrons are typically assigned the same families for their entire stay. You'll serve approximately 20-30 guests per meal; building relationships, remembering preferences, and becoming part of their vacation experience. This is more than food service, it's hospitality rooted in connection and consistency.

What You'll Do:

Provide attentive, friendly table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Learn guest names, preferences, and special requests Carry and serve large trays efficiently and safely Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist in the kitchen and dishwashing areas as part of a team-focused environment Help create a welcoming, upbeat dining atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

A positive, guest-first attitude Strong memory and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure Physical capability to carry heavy trays and stay on your feet for extended periods Willingness to assist wherever needed, including kitchen and dish support A true team player who supports coworkers and contributes to a smooth service

Schedule:

Waitrons typically work three service shifts daily. 7:45am

• 10:00am (Breakfast) 11:45am
• 2:00pm (Lunch) 5:45pm
• 8:00pm (Dinner) This position requires availability on weekends and holidays, in addition to weekdays.
