Compensation includes hourly and tips. Responsibilities Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Perform necessary opening, closing and cutwork duties Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar and restaurant organized, stocked and clean Experience is preferred but not required.
