Description:
Edina Country Club is now hiring Dining & Pub Servers to work across our Dining Room and Pub venues. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, member interaction, and providing exceptional service in both a traditional dining and relaxed pub environment. Servers are primarily responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to members and guests while delivering a welcoming, friendly, courteous, efficient, and well-timed dining experience. Availability for evening shifts and mandatory weekend shifts is required. We offer a wonderful work environment with the opportunity to earn excellent tips, along with free uniforms and meals. Duties & Responsibilities Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly Provide personalized service, including menu recommendations and pairings Serve members and guests in the Dining Room, Pub, and outdoor Pub areas Maintain a strong understanding of dining operations and daily activities Comply with all state and local liquor, health, and smoking regulations Interact professionally with members, guests, and fellow staff Maintain composure and service standards in a fast-paced environment May be required to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or lifting Qualifications Previous serving experience required (bartending experience a plus) Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to effectively communicate with others Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and anticipate needs Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, even in challenging situations High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mandatory availability for weekends Evening availability required
