Compensation includes salary and tips. Responsibilities Provide customer service bar and restaurant patrons by taking and serving orders Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Check customers' identification - confirm legal drinking age & no restrictions Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a server Bartending skills are a plus POS system literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar/restaurant organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
