Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with reservations using OpenTable or similar booking systems Seat guests promptly, ensuring accurate table assignments and waitlist management Take and relay guest orders accurately using Toast POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables as needed Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance registers with basic math skills Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable experience Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or server in food service or restaurant settings Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in fast-paced environments Experience with fine dining service or nightclub hospitality is a plus Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality in a lively atmosphere!
