Founded by hospitality veterans Angel and Finesse Luna , San Pancho is backed by decades of restaurant leadership. From their early careers with Lettuce Entertain You of Chicago to more than ten years running a beloved downtown Wayzata favorite , they bring deep experience in both operations and people-first culture. As a family-owned, independent restaurant , we value integrity, growth, and genuine hospitality—and we're looking for team members who want to be part of something meaningful. We're bringing new energy to a longtime favorite in Long Lake — a space were bold flavors, family stories, honest food, great music, and genuine hospitality come together.
