Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS ensuring all details are correct Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage food handling and sanitation procedures according to safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed and uphold food safety standards Requirements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking efficiently Culinary experience or background in food handling is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food preparation techniques Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management Previous host/host or serving experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
