Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables. Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed. Ensure all food safety standards are followed during bussing and food delivery processes. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including floors, tables, and station stations throughout shifts. Communicate effectively with team members using clear, friendly language to ensure smooth service flow. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with order accuracy when required. Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key! Strong communication skills to coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and guests. Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with banquet service, hotel hospitality, or culinary environments enhances your ability to excel. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude that creates memorable guest interactions.
