Comp Food Server Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown - 3.7 Minneapolis, MN Job Details Part-time $17 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Interpersonal skills Greeting customers Bar setup High school diploma or GED Food and beverage industry expertise Full Job Description Overview The Comp Services Attendant delivers exceptional food and beverage service to guests during our complimentary Evening Reception, held daily from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This role ensures a welcoming, well-stocked, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Duties Prepare, replenish, and break down the Evening Reception snack and beverage displays in accordance with brand standards. Clear and maintain glassware, china, and dining areas throughout the event. Engage warmly and professionally with guests to enhance their experience. Express appreciation for each guest's visit and encourage their return. Complete all responsibilities efficiently and in alignment with established company policies and procedures to support overall departmental goals. Follow all hotel safety guidelines and operational policies to maintain a safe environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and select holidays. Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision. Strong verbal communication skills.
