- We're hiring 2-3 Full Time team members to train our Forest Lake store...we pay for gas. Looking for a friendly, energetic team player to join our fast-paced sandwich shop as a full-time team member in North Branch. Jersey Mike's is an amazing brand, amazing culture of making a difference, giving back, come join an exceptional brand with real opportunities. Great hours 10am-9pm (Varied shifts 7-2pm, 11-4pm, 11-8pm, 11-9:30pm closing shift and Many More) No grease, Simple menu!! Duties Prepare and assemble fresh sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with food prep tasks like slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables while following proper sanitation procedures. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Compensation $18 hr = $14 hr plus $4 hr tips guaranteed tips, Guaranteed $18 hr to start w/ tips Payroll pays tips evenly on paychecks, no missing out on tips, $4hr guaranteed.
