Job Description
Server Full or Part Time The Woodshed Bar & Grill | Ottertail, MN $12.50/hour starting wage + tips Our servers typically earn $25-$40/hour with tips. NO experience? Apply anyway and we will train you. You do not need five years of restaurant experience to work at The Woodshed. We would rather hire someone with personality, hustle, dependability, and pride in their work and teach them how to serve than hire someone with experience and the wrong attitude. The Woodshed is busy. We have a strong base of regular customers, a lot of new faces coming through the door, and a crew that works hard. When we're busy, we move. When somebody needs help, we help them. We're looking for people who show up when they're scheduled, treat customers well, take pride in what they do, and want to make good money. What you'll do: Take care of guests from the time they sit down until they leave Take food and drink orders and enter them into our SpotOn POS system Serve food, beer, cocktails, and other beverages Learn our menu and help guests find something they'll love Keep your tables and work areas clean Work with the kitchen, bartenders, and other servers to keep things moving Help your teammates when things get busy Learn how to turn good service into great tips What we're looking for: Experience is welcome. It is not required.
