Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper drink service etiquette Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining, or nightlife settings is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is a plus Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food industry standards Nightclub or bar experience including drink service and upselling techniques is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
