Job Overview Smack Shack/Burger Dive is seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team at our location in Roseville. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Experience with Toast POS system and a background in food service, is highly desirable. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing and sanitation duties Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Requirements Experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving roles or host/host positions Familiarity with POS systems like Toast, Clover, Aloha, Micros, is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for order entry, billing, and cash handling Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance are essential for success in this role Ability to work a flexible schedule of days, nights, and weekends
