Im looking for servers to work on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the moment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Experience with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
